2017	1. Shri. Venigalla Rambabu	His writings have a depth in them. They touch the heart and are thought provoking. Asthitvam rightly felt he deserved the first Asthitvam State Award. Blending the beauty of vowels and consonants, musical note to produce a vibrant sound through his lyrics and enlightening the minds is a surpassing quality of Shri. Venigalla Rambabu. “Chirunavvulatho Brathakali” from ‘Mee Sreyobhilashi’ Movie excels the power of each and every word penned down. It speaks for the flavor of the language, words that are connected with rhythm and reality of life.
	2. Shri. Mounasri Mallik	He is a well-known poet and lyricist. He belongs to a family of agriculture. His book ‘Digambara’ brought him laurels. He is modest, simple and helpful. There is a flavor of belonging and love in his songs. He won platinum disc award for the movie Gud Morning. ‘Chetilocheyyesi’ is a hit number of his songs. He is poet, writer, singer and a journalist. He is a man of values where awards and recognition did not change his attitude. His poetry is appreciated and his contribution to literature is a treasure. To mention ‘Malisandhaya Paadina Tholi Vekuva Paata’ is a good one.
	3. Shri. Sreeram Samji	His songs have a depth within themselves. They are close to the heart. ‘Seethamma Raasina Ramayanam’-Short Film’s song ‘O padam eka saaga lenu anthe’ speaks for it. Understanding the reality, pain and hardships in connection with mankind is a noble quality of him. This is his first award.He is a man of character and is dedicated when any task assigned. He is soft spoken and it is his pen that speaks more. Always there to help people in need.
2018	4. Shri. Sai Siri.	Shri. Sai Siri is a lyricist who has contributed in the field of spirituality, motivation and revolution. He has written over 80 private songs and 20 Film songs. He was a recipient of Dasharathi State Award in 2012. He is man of values and disciplined. Sai Siri is a respected Telugu lyricist and poet known for his contributions to regional devotional, cultural, and private albums. Based in Telangana, he contributed to the Telangana movement by penning down few songs.
2019	5. Shri. Neela Narasimha.	He is a folk singer and a lyricist. He is blessed with an awesome voice and his poetry is realist and very well connected the world around. This is his 2nd award.
2020	6. Dr. Vaddepalli Krishna	He worked as PLI Development Officer and Achieved seven Gold Medals continuously. He has written and published eighteen books, forty five audio albums seven hundred light songs, which are broadcast by AIR since 1969 and three hundred telecasted by Doordarshan, Hyderabad since 1979. He has written about 120 Lyrics which are pictured in fifty Telugu films since 1980. He has served as jury member in 13th International Children’s Film Festival 2003.
2021	7. Shri. Bandi Satyam	He is a Lyricist out of struggle. His songs are emotionally connected to the real life. He wrote 100 film songs. His first song was sung by S. P. Balasubramanyam
2022	8. Shri. Soori Pathipaka	He as a Lyricist has written folk songs for eight albums. He wrote four Bathukamma songs. In all he wrote around 200 songs. He is passionate about his writings.
2023	9. Shri. Jathara Konda Sampath	He is a folk lore lyricist. National winner in folk twice. Won many State competitions. He is a man whose songs are emotionally connected to the real life. Wrote over 170 songs.
2024	10. Shri. Vengali Nagaraju	Shri Nagaraju is a lyricist and a singer. His thoughts are progressive. His passion and pain was depicted in his work. The lyrics were right from his heart and weighed with the pain of the common man. Personification was seen in his work on nature, streams, stone, childhood, etc. We can find the grassroot level plight and struggle in his words. He is popular for his writings and singing folklore.
2025	11. Shri. Lekkala Malla Reddy	Shri. Mall Reddy garu is a passionate poet and writer. He wrote over 15 novels. His work includes drama and poetry too. He worked as a Hindi teacher. Age is just a number for a 90 years young man who is active in penning down his thoughts on various themes that are very much needed for the society.
2026	12. Shri.T.Murali Madhu	He contributed over 2000 songs. He is folk songs writer and a singer. His song “thegipadda aa ningi chukkalam nu’ sang by Late P Balasubramanyam is one number that brought him to limelight. His work is based on pain and struggle of the people whose economic status is below poverty line. His lyrics are drenched with plight, pain, hurt and questioning. His contribution to the society is needed as he is a revolutionary and progressive.
