Shri. Mindi Vijay Mohan Rao is from Bobbili, Vizianagaram district. He along with others established Rachna Samakhya in 2008. Through this they are conducting competitions, felicitations, birthday celebrations of the past great Telugu poets. They are bringing forth ‘ Snehitha’ Telugu magazine for children since 15 years.  The organisation concentrates on releasing of Kavita Sankalanams every year. He motivated students to implement a value education in their lives.
